About the ACNC Charity Portal

The ACNC Charity Portal is an online service where you can:

  • access and update your charity’s details immediately on the ACNC Register
  • submit your Annual Information Statement onto the Register
  • print a copy of your charity’s registration certificate
  • apply to withhold or remove information from being published on the Register.

This service is for registered charities only. If you would like to register a charity read about registering with the ACNC .

The charity details you will be able to change on the portal are:

  • name of charity
  • address for service
  • governing documents
  • responsible persons
  • charity contact details (website, email and phone number)
  • other names the charity is known by
  • postal address and business address
  • where the charity operates.

Benefits of the portal

On the portal, you can:

  • securely submit your charity’s details and other information to the ACNC
  • have your information updated automatically on the ACNC Register
  • print a copy of your charity’s registration certificate
  • access this service at a time that suits you.

Having this service available also means changes you submit cannot be changed by anyone who does not have your charity’s log in details
