Welcome to the ACNC Charity Portal

The ACNC Charity Portal is an online service where you can:

  • access and update a charity’s details immediately on the ACNC Register if you are authorised to do so
  • submit your Annual Information Statement onto the Register
  • print a copy of your charity’s registration certificate.

Terms of use

To log into the portal, enter the username and password we sent to your charity. Keep this password secure and only provide it to people who have authority to have access to and provide information on behalf of your charity. If you know or suspect that someone has unauthorised access to your charity’s portal, contact the ACNC immediately.

Note that any update to your charity’s details or other information provided through this portal may be published automatically onto the ACNC Register.

By logging into the portal you declare that any updates you provide in relation to the following are true and correct:

  • name of charity
  • address for service
  • governing documents
  • responsible person (‘responsible entity’ under the ACNC Act).

Penalties may be imposed for giving false or misleading information.
